We understand you may have questions about our private chef services. Here are answers to the most common questions we receive.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend events or holidays. However, we understand that sometimes plans come together quickly, so please reach out even for last-minute requests and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What is included in the service?

Our service includes menu planning and customization, grocery shopping, food preparation, cooking, plating and service, and complete dishes and kitchen cleanup. We bring all necessary cooking equipment and plateware/ silverware. You simply provide the dining space and enjoy the experience.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

We work closely with each client to understand dietary needs, allergies, and preferences. Please let us know when you are planning your reservations if we need to be aware of any concerns.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We typically host intimate gatherings from 2 to 12 guests. For larger events, please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we can arrange appropriate staffing and service.

Do you provide beverages or alcohol?

We focus on the culinary experience and do not provide alcoholic beverages. However, we're happy to suggest wine pairings for your menu, and you're welcome to provide your own beverages. We can also arrange for a sommelier or bartender service upon request.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily service Southwest Michigan from Harbor County to Berrien County.

How does payment work?

We require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day of the event. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. For your convenience, you may settle your bill at the conclusion of the evening or opt to pay in advance in order to continue your evening's festivities seamlessly while we clean and pack up!

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations within 7 days, the deposit may be applied to a future booking. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
