Steven enjoys bringing the creative flare and food culture to 3rd Coast Supper Club. He studies the histories of the dishes and works to deliver classic fare with a fresh approach. He relishes learning pizza in Napoli, Guinness Stew in Dublin and standards in Chicago, he takes pride in bringing World Class cuisine, straight to your table.
